What is "Honoring Ukraine"?

These little trinket boxes are hand-painted and embellished with Ukraine’s national flag colors, sky blue and sunny yellow, with the Ukraine national flower, the bright, happy sunflower, atop each box.  They are for sale to benefit a program that is providing vital assistance to Ukraine first responders.

Why are we doing this? 

We at Simply Posh By Gaynette are very concerned  about what is happening in Ukraine and want to do something to show our support for their citizens.                                                     
 

Who will benefit?

“Project Joint Guardian”

This organization is made up of U.S. firefighters who volunteer to go to Ukraine to provide assistance to their emergency services

personnel.  My son’s niece is a firefighter in Sacramento, CA, and is one of my favorite young women.  She was sent to Ukraine for her

second mission as of July 1, 2022 and is currently planning a third mission.  I am very proud of her efforts.
